Order procedure & Lead Time

If sufficient details are provided during initial enquiries made by telephone or email or through the web site then a quotation will promptly be provided for your consideration. If however you have special needs to discuss with us, or wish to provide your own artwork or logo, then we will need to receive all this material before providing a quotation.

Lead time will be approximately 6-8 weeks for most orders and urgent orders may incur additional costs.

Pricing Details

Quoted prices apply for 30 days following time of quotation and are dependent upon the accuracy of information provided by the client. Promoter's Paradise Pty Ltd reserves the right to make price adjustments due to errors or changes in ordering information or changes in packing or shipping requirements.  Since Promoter's Paradise Pty Ltd cannot be responsible for changes in the cost of materials from our suppliers occasionally prices may also need to be adjusted in line with fluctuating market prices.

Promoter's Paradise Price Guarantee

Because of our regard for client satisfaction combined with our factory direct prices, Promoter's Paradise Pty Ltd will guarantee to beat any genuine price quoted by our Australian competitors for comparable non woven products of equivalent quality. So if you can find anyone who can beat our price and quality then please let us know!

Payment Terms

Our payment requirements, unless stated otherwise on the invoice, are 50% advance to be paid following acceptance of sample and prior to commencement of production with the remaining 50% payable seven days after receipt of goods.  Special conditions may be stated on the invoice, particularly for new clients. A final invoice will be sent after the delivery of the goods and production will commence following receipt of the deposit. Payment is by bank deposit.

Shipping Details

We import directly from China to our Australian or international clients. International shipments normally ship by sea, however urgent orders may be shipped by air upon receipt of additional shipping costs. While Promoter's Paradise Pty Ltd will normally assume full responsibility for decisions relating to shipping, exceptions may be made if a client has particular preferences. While Promoter's Paradise Pty Ltd will take every reasonable measure to ensure adherence to required delivery dates we will not be held responsible for matters which are beyond our control.
